Fire Department:
	Benton Fire Department is a volunteer fire department.  Harry Green is the Fire Chief and the chief's assistants are Duane Hawes and Randy Wood. Fire Department contact information by email is bentonfire302@kyn.twcbc.com or by phone or fax at 270-527-6779.  Please note that since it is a volunteer fire department, no one stays at the fire department continuously. In case of emergency, call 911.

Sanitation (Garbage) Department:
1. Garbage truck runs Tuesday through Thursday and picks up at each resident once per week.
2. $8.00 per month billed on the water /sewer utility bill
3. Household garbage only. Everything must be in tied bags.
4. Cans are not required.
5. Garbage should be set out at the end of the driveway at 6:30 A.M.
6. Holiday changes will be posted on this site and on the monthly water/sewer bill.
